POSITIONS:

Experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe isolation of electrical power distribution systems. Skilled in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Central Battery Systems (CBS), UPS systems, Diesel Generators, and LV/MV/HV electrical equipment. Knowledgeable in LV bus-coupler operations, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and MV/HV switching procedures to ensure safe and reliable power system operation. Familiar with Isolated Power Supply (IPS) systems (optional), preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, emergency response, and compliance with electrical safety standards. Capable of performing switching activities, equipment inspections, testing, and coordinating with operations teams to maintain system reliability, while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, risk assessment procedures, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices.

Good communication skills, strong knowledge and experience on plumbing materials, fittings & fixtures, copper brazing, PPR installation & repair, breakdown analysis, motor bearing replacement, domestic water system, hot water generation and distribution, water treatment systems, reverse osmosis (RO) system, drainage & sewage systems and pump types, basic motor controls and circuit line diagram interpretation. Familiar with firefighting system and medical gas system. Strong knowledge & experience on risk assessment, lock out tag out procedure (LOTO), work permits, safe work practices, familiar with Legionella prevention and controls, planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.

Good communication skills, strong knowledge and experience on planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, operation, repair, breakdown analysis and troubleshooting of HVAC systems such as air handling units, fresh air handling units, fan coil units, split air conditioning units, centralized chilled water systems and air distribution, air filtration, variable air volume system, exhaust & ventilation systems motor bearing replacement and familiar with BMS systems. Good knowledge on motor controls and circuit line diagram interpretation. Strong knowledge & experience on risk assessment, lock out tag out procedure (LOTO), work permits, safe work practices familiar with Legionella prevention and controls.

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of ELV systems to ensure reliable operation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Strong knowledge in Fire Alarm Systems (addressable and conventional), Gate Barrier Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Structured Cabling, and BMS interfaces. The technician should possess strong fault-finding skills, be able to interpret technical drawings and manuals, maintain accurate service records, respond to breakdowns and emergency calls, and coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance activities. Sound knowledge of HSE requirements, including risk assessment, permit-to-work (PTW) systems, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, safe work practices, incident reporting, and compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, is essential. Experience with Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS) will be considered an added advantage.

Experience in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of building fabric and civil assets, including ceiling restoration and replacement, painting works, vinyl flooring installation and repair, door maintenance and hardware repairs, masonry, carpentry, waterproofing, wall finishing, and general building repairs. Ensures all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards to maintain the functionality, appearance, and integrity of facilities. Responds to routine work orders, emergency repairs, and refurbishment projects while adhering to HSE requirements.

Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate. Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and servicing of commercial kitchen equipment in hotels, restaurants, catering facilities, hospitals, or large-scale food production units. Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
